The P&C Associate is responsible for administrative duties including; high volume data entry & data processing, filing, ensuring the efficient flow of information to payroll, managing the check in office, processing employee deposits, assisting with employee arrivals & shuttles, employee check in, onboarding and orientation and handling employment related questions & concerns. Some applicant screening, interviewing and hiring may be required.
This position is based at the Prince of Wales Hotel and runs from mid-May through late-September. Free Housing & Meals are provided on site, to qualified candidates.
Occasional travel to our People & Culture offices in East Glacier Park, Montana - in the US - will be required.
