Line cooks work a variety of stations in a high volume kitchen setting. Produce quality and timely hot/cold food for guests and employees in a clean, safe, sanitary environment. The Culinary Internship position is a paid Culinary internship designed specifically for Culinary and/or Patisserie students seeking to meet their programs educational requirements, while building their skill set toward a career in the food & beverage or hospitality industry. This internship includes exposure to operations within the back of house, including rotation through individual stations, including but not limited to; prep, pantry, baking, production, expo, banquets, cafeteria, storeroom, ordering & inventory, etc. Interns are provided the opportunity to work in high volume, production kitchens, learning from Chefs and along with fellow culinary interns. As a seasonal operation, students gain valuable experience in restaurant/kitchen start up and closing procedures.
Interns must commit to a consecutive 12-16 week internship, determined by work site location. Internships typically begin between mid-May and July 1 and conclude between late August and the end of September.
Assists the Dining Room Manager in all facets of front of house food & beverage operations, including; dining, lounge, barista and events. Models the way to maintain the highest standards of guest food and beverage services, safety, and sanitation. Strives to increase revenues and decrease costs and gives personal best in service. Must assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary.
Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work station, inlcuging all kitchen areas, equipment, dishware, utensils, machines, etc. during each individual shift. May also assist in a variety of other tasks as requested. Must be able to assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary.
The EDR Cook produces a variety of quality hot/cold food for staff in a clean, safe, sanitary environment. Follows cycle menus & recipes and gives personal best in service. Adheres to all sanitation regulations and requirements and assists in other departments or with other job duties as requested.
Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales and profitability of the grocery store while ensuring the highest standards of quality service, cleanliness and adherence to GPI policies and operating procedures are met. Assists Store Manager in assuring that all sales transactions are completed in a friendly and correct manner. Assists in other duties as required.
Performs any combination of duties as directed by the Grounds Manager to maintain grounds and turf of golf course in playing condition. Maintains grounds surrounding Glacier Park Lodge or St. Mary Lodge and other GPC buildings. Must assist in other departments or other job duties as requested or necessary.
Ensures daily, that highest quality standards of housekeeping are maintained for our guests. Ensures cleanliness and efficient service of guest rooms and public areas, including; thorough cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, reporting preventative maintenance and handling of guest requests. Lifting, bending, and excessive physical movements involved. Must assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary.
Provides maintenance and engineering support to operating management at assigned location. Addresses maintenance calls and electronic work orders for repairs to facilities, equipment and property in a quick and efficient manner in order to provide guest comfort and satisfaction. Must assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary.
The Assistant Pastry Chef produces quality pastry and baked goods in a timely and cost effective manner. Prepares breads, rolls, muffins, pastries, pies and desserts for both dining room guests and employee cafeteria. Follows recipe cards and gives personal best in service. Must adhere to all Company sanitation regulations and requirements and assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested.
The Baker produces quality baked goods & pastry items in a timely and cost effective manner. Follows recipes and gives personal best in service. Must assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary.

Assists Location Chef in production and supervision of all Kitchen & Employee Dining operations. Models the way to ensure a quality guest and staff dining experience in a timely fashion, with good value, adhering to recipes, standards, safety, and within food cost guidelines while giving personal best in service. Must assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary.
Orders, receives, stores and distributes perishable and non-perishable products for the assigned location. Maintains a neat and organized storage area. Must work efficiently and adhere to all sanitation regulations and requirements. Assists in prep, production, cooking, EDR and with other responsibilities as required.

The IT Engineer is responsible for supporting the performance and reliability of the user desktops, printers, phones, servers, and network equipment including but not limited to; firewalls, routers, switches, hubs, modems, VDSL, and access points

Efficiently answers high volumes of calls, e-mails, faxes and letters.
